We are all part of Trail Watch. Call local law enforcement as soon as possible to report trespassing by atv's, dirt bikes, and other unauthorized vehicles. Report any other criminal activity you see. Trail property is all considered a wildlife refuge and hunting is not allowed. Always take a cell phone with you. Carrying a camera allows you to document any activity you witness. Remember though, let law enforcement officers take any actions needed. You can be a great help to them. Unreported activity will only continue and cause more damage. It is up to all of us to watch our trail. Together we can keep it and all visitors safe.
You are the eyes of and ears of law enforcement. It is up to us all to report any problems on the trail.

While enjoying your visit to the Flint Hills Nature Trail you may encounter past damage to facilities such as sign damage or maintenance issues such as a tree blocking the trail or a washout. Please contact a Trail Supervisor as soon as possible by phone or email. Please try to note the location as closely as possible so that we can locate it and attend the situation quickly. The trail is maintained by dedicated volunteers. They work hard and your help is greatly appreciated. We can't fix it until we know about it.
